When Lisa and her family came to us, they had a spacious backyard surrounded by towering trees, but it wasn’t being used as they had hoped. Their dream was a large, safe, and seamlessly integrated deck, where they could relax and spend more quality time together.

We designed a 1,290 sq. ft. expansive deck using TimberTech Composite in Coconut Husk, perfectly blending with the surroundings. For safety and durability, we added a modern TimberTech Impression Rail.

Chris always wanted an outdoor space to relax, but he also needed a functional area for work. The backyard had potential, but the outdated metal structure and poor lighting limited its usability.

We built a single-level deck for better flow and comfort. The old structure was replaced with a StruXure smart pergola, allowing adjustable coverage based on the weather. We also installed custom lighting and a personalized shed, now serving as Chris’s dedicated home office.

We performed a full excavation, removed isolated structures, and leveled the deck with the house. Using TimberTech Advanced PVC Vintage Collection, we ensured high durability with low maintenance. To maintain safety without blocking the view, we installed a stainless steel railing.
