Our showroom’s TimberTech deck display stood out on the national stage, earning recognition for its design excellence, craftsmanship, and innovative use of materials.

Crafting a Showroom Experience That Inspires
Our award-winning showroom wasn’t created overnight. Every element was thoughtfully designed to enhance our clients’ experience and showcase the versatility and beauty of TimberTech products through an innovative deck display.
To better support our clients’ design decisions, we installed full-size boards across the showroom, moving beyond the limitations of small samples or swatches. This intentional decision allows visitors to fully engage with the texture, depth, and quality of the materials. By placing a wide range of TimberTech colors side by side, we make it easy for homeowners to envision how different combinations might come together in their own outdoor spaces.
We’ve created an immersive environment that sparks creativity and builds confidence in every person who walks through our doors. The TimberTech deck display is at the heart of this experience — an open invitation to dream, design, and bring your perfect outdoor living space to life.
Going Beyond the Basics with Curved TimberTech Boards
One of the most exciting and challenging parts of our showroom design is the use of curved TimberTech boards. These elements go beyond traditional deck displays. They show just how flexible and artistic composite decking can be in any TimberTech deck display.
To achieve these beautiful curves, we applied a detailed process:
- Planning and measurement: Each curve starts with precise framing and multiple support blocks.
- Heat bending: We used heated blankets to warm the boards to around 170°F for 15–20 minutes. This process allows the material to bend without cracking.
- Template design: Using plywood, we created accurate templates to shape and hold the boards in place.
- Testing: Our testing revealed the exact temperature required to keep the boards flexible without causing surface bubbling.
This level of craftsmanship demonstrates TimberTech’s adaptability. It makes it possible to build benches, tables, walls, and custom shapes with lasting quality in our deck display.
